Revised Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy

No More than 4 Days
A Late Cancellation is a trip that is cancelled on the same day of service.
- A No-Show is when a customer is not there when the vehicle arrives at the scheduled time and location.
- Both situations cause service delays and can result in other customers not getting a ride on that day.
We understand that circumstances may prevent a customer from being able to take their trip from time to time, but whenever possible, we are encouraging you to cancel before midnight, the night before your trip. The maximum number of days that customer can have a No-Show or Late Cancellation is four (4), regardless of the number of trips.
Customers who continue to exceed the 4 days will be required to appear before an Appeal panel, and could face a service suspension.
