The goal is to improve service for our customers. We encourage customer feedback.

New for 2009!

All drivers must:

  • Enter and announce their arrival at the pick-up address
  • Assist the customer to and from the first set of accessible doors and the vehicle “Contractor Photo Identification” must be worn and visible at all times

All accessible vehicles must:

  • Display the “blue” Wheel-Trans Decals (decals will be located on the passenger-side door and on the windshield)
  • Only Wheel-Trans buses and Accessible Taxis may enter TTC Subway Stations
