Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy
We understand that circumstances may prevent a customer from being able to take their trip from time to time, but whenever possible, we are encouraging you to cancel before midnight, the night before your trip.
Let us know...
Please give us as much notice as you can. Trips cancelled before midnight, the night before service will not be counted as a late cancellation and it will give us more time to schedule another customer’s trip request.
