Travel with an escort to assist you with:

  • Carrying bags and parcels
  • Getting fares out of your pocket, wallet or purse
  • Taking your mobility device up or down more than 1 step

Using RideLine Touch-tone Service:

  • You can skip the recorded message once it starts, if you have heard it before, by pressing the pound (#) sign
  • Call Reservations after 12:00 noon to set up as many as 24 pre-registered addresses or use the common code locations already listed (i.e. hospitals and shopping malls)
  • Once you have set up your pre-registered addresses you can call 416-397-8000, and press 2 to use the Express Trip Booking
  • A list of your personal addresses can be found at mywheel-trans.ttc.ca by clicking on REVIEW YOUR PROFILE and then ADDRESS PROFILE

Everyone needs to pay their “fare” share

Wheel-Trans asks for your cooperation in ensuring that you and your escort have the correct fare available when travelling.  Fare rates are the same as TTC rates.  For more information on fares, go to www.ttc.ca and click on Fares and Passes or call 416-393-INFO (4636).

To avoid busy signals, call 416-393-4222 after 12:00 noon for:

  • Setting up Prebook Trips
  • Modifying an existing trip
  • Adding addresses to your Pre-registered List

Don’t forget to call and update your personal information to ensure that we have current information, this includes:

  • Home address and mailing address
  • Home, business and cell phone numbers
  • Mobility Devices
