On June 23, 2009, the second of the TTC's annual forums was held at Exhibition Place.

The participants had the opportunity to voice their comments, concerns and ask questions about various aspects of TTC accessible operations. The participants were able to provide feedback about the TTC through a distributed form by email, fax or phone (including TTY). Over 50 TTC customers attended the Public Forum.

Adam Giambroni, Chair of the TTC Commission, updated the participants on accessibility plans, services and facilities.
