When two consecutive accessible station elevators are out of service (i.e. Bathurst and Spadina), Wheel-Trans will provide rides to Customers who require an elevator because of mobility restrictions, within 1 hour of notification.

If you are at the subway station and the elevator that you require is out of order, please contact the Station Collector (the TTC employee who collects fares), by going directly to the booth or using the intercom. They will assist you by contacting Wheel-Trans to arrange for the ride to your destination.
When you are planning your trip, if the Lift Line (416-539-LIFT) reports that 2 elevators are not in service, please contact Wheel-Trans directly to arrange your ride.
