An Important Message From Customer Service
I believe that the only way that Wheel-Trans can improve the service we provide is to truly listen to what our Customers have to say. We sometimes need to be reminded that we must always strive to do better, and that there is always room for improvement.
I am encouraging all of my Customers to let me know how we, as an organization, can improve Wheel-Trans service. We can not fix an issue if we do not know about it. If you have concerns or suggestions for improvement regarding the booking of your rides, the vehicles we provide, whether we are consistently picking you up or dropping you off on time or the quality of customer service provided, I want to know about it.
Over the years, I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to speak with hundreds of Customers on the phone and in-person at meetings. Many of you have expressed a fear that complaining about service may affect how you are treated by our employees, or even worse, that there is no use in complaining because nothing ever gets done about it.
