On behalf of every employee at Wheel-Trans, I would like to wish you a wonderful holiday and a Happy New Year!

For us, 2009 will be an exciting and challenging year, with many initiatives aimed at improving customer service, reliability and safety. Some of these include: replacing our aging bus fleet beginning in the spring of 2009, new taxi contracts, and exploring ways of improving every aspect of customer service… starting from a person's initial application for service, through to the end of each trip booked.

The New Year will also be a time of change for ACAT as we welcome new members and explore new challenges. I would like to close by thanking The Committee for its advice and counsel as well as each member for their outstanding commitment. It is very much appreciated.
