Is my trip not confirmed at the time of booking?
The Reservationist will advise if a trip is available at the time of your request and will give you your 30 minute pick up window. Confirmation is obtaining the exact pick up time, within this ½ hour window, as well as vehicle type. If the trip is not available, you will be asked if you want the request put on a ‘waiting list’. Once we find the trip for you, the trip confirmation automated message call-out will contact you.
What if I do not call in the evening or day of service to confirm my trip(s)?
Your trip will still be booked and will arrive within the 30 minute window time given to you when you booked your trip. Please note you should be ready five minutes before the starting time of your window.
When can I obtain confirmation for my trip(s)?
You may confirm your booked trips after 9:00p.m the evening before or anytime on the day of service.
My trip is on the waiting list, how will I know when and if it has been accommodated?
Once a wait listed trip has been accommodated, you will be notified via an automated phone message OR you may check your trip status via Rideline or online at mywheel-trans.ttc.ca
What if I no longer require the trip I had wait listed, will it still show up?
Yes, every attempt is made to accommodate wait listed trips, therefore, if you do not require your trip after all, please contact Reservations at 416-393-4222 to cancel your request.
