Express Trip Booking is used for booking rides on Rideline (automated telephone system) at 416-397-8000.

Express Trip Booking is trips which you have pre-registered in the system. For example, you may wish to travel to the grocery store on any given day to arrive at 10:00am and return at 12:00pm each time you go there. The pick up address, destination address, mobility device, number of escorts, pick and return times would be the same each time you travel to this particular address, saving you the time of having to enter all this information. The only thing that changes in an Express Trip Booking is the day in which you travel. Dial the number 416-397-8000 and after listening to the greeting message, when requested:

  • Press 2 for Express Trip Booking
  • Enter your Registration Number followed by the # sign key
  • Enter your four digit ID (month/day of birth) followed by # sign key
  • Press the number of the Express Trip you wish to book
    (or the system will relay all your Express Trip bookings with their associated numbers)
  • Press 1 to keep the same times or 2 to change the times
  • Follow the Voice Prompts to confirm and complete the booking

What are Pre-Registered Addresses?

The system is equipped with addresses of common locations within the City, i.e. hospitals, shopping malls, attractions etc. For private residences or locations such as doctor’s offices, you must pre-register the address. You may do this by calling Reservations at 416-393-4222 (daily after noon), Customer Service at 416-393-4111 or via email at wheeltrans.customerservice@ttc.ca
