A Prebook exception is a temporary cancellation of your Prebook trip(s). Wherever possible, please cancel your Prebook Trip(s) a minimum of 48 hours in advance. In order to avoid a violation of the Late Cancellation/No Show Policy, please ensure you cancel your trip(s) by midnight the day before.

Dial the number 416-397-8000 and after listening to the greeting message, when requested:

  • Press 4 for Prebook Information and Temporary Cancellations
  • Enter your Registration Number followed by the # sign key
  • Enter your four digit ID (month/day of birth) followed by the # sign key
  • Enter the month and day you wish your Prebook cancellation to start
  • Enter the month and day you wish your Prebook cancellation to end
  • Follow the voice prompts to confirm your entries and complete your Prebook Exception(s)
