All rides are booked one day in advance commencing at 7:00a.m on a first-come-first-serve basis. In order to increase your chances of obtaining a ride, it is suggested that you call as early as possible the day before. Also, wherever possible, try to schedule your appointments and outings outside the morning and evening rush hour periods.
