How do I Apply?
All Wheel-Trans applicants, regardless of mobility status, are required to attend an in person interview in order to determine eligibility for the service. You are not required to complete an application form nor obtain a letter from your doctor prior to the interview and are asked only to bring identification, with address and photo, with you to the interview.
Interviews are held at various locations throughout the City, including: Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Downsview or Downtown. With the exception of downtown, interviews are held weekdays during regular business hours (between 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m.) Saturday appointments are also available downtown between the hours of 9:30a.m. and 3:00p.m.

Temporary or Permanent Registration?
Customers who are eligible for Wheel-Trans are either given permanent registration or others, who may only need the service for a short duration, are given temporary registration (i.e. those who require service for a period of rehabilitation after an accident). In either case, the registration process is the same and you must apply in person.
