Wheel-Trans operates every day of the year. Service hours are weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., weekends and holidays 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.  Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve service is extended to 3:00 a.m.

The Reservations Office is open everyday of the year from 7:00a.m. to 11:00p.m. for next day bookings.  From 5:30a.m. to 11:00p.m. weekdays for same day bookings and from 6:30a.m. to 11:00p.m weekends and holidays for same day bookings.

The Customer Service Office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.

TTY is available Monday to Friday from 5:30a.m. to 1:00a.m. The option of leaving a voice mail message after hours weekdays is also available.

The Priority Line is available weekdays from 5:30a.m. to 1:00a.m. and on weekends and holidays from 6:30a.m. to 1:00a.m.

Emails are received seven days a week, 24 hours a day.  They are responded to during regular business hours Monday to Friday from 8:00a.m to 4:00p.m.

Rideline is available daily from 5:00a.m. to 2:00a.m. Trip Booking on Rideline is available from 7:00a.m. to 11:00p.m. one day in advance.

Internet can be accessed seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Rides can only be booked commencing at 7:00a.m until 11:00p.m. one day in advance.  Please note that you are required to register for internet service by completing a one-time Online Registration.
