There are some known technical issues that we are reviewing and addressing for a future version of the trip planner.

Here are the possible issues you could experience and our recommendation on what to do for the time being.

Back Button

Issue: Trip Options, and Origin and Destination information are lost when the back button is used to return to the first page of the Trip Planner when using in FireFox, Safari and Opera.

Solution: Simply start your trip plan again by entering the origin and destination information or use Internet Explorer for now.

Walking Instructions, Distances, Times

Issue: Walking distances could change the trip information that you receive. The current default is set at 500 metres.

Solution: Simply increase or decrease the maximum walking distance.

Issue: Walking instructions to the main entrance for a subway station is displayed when the station is selected as the Origin or Destination.

Solution: Disregard the walking instructions to the station, if the station is selected as the Origin or Destination.

Issue: Total walking time is not included when calculating the total time of a trip.

Solution: You should leave enough time to include the required walking for your trip plan.
