Single Performance Application

Musicians interested in auditioning as a single act must complete, print and sign the Single Performance Application form.

Duo Performance Application

Both musicians interested in auditioning as a duo act must each complete, print and sign the Duo Performance Application form.

Rules and Regulations for Subway Musician Auditions & Selection Process
