The 66 Prince Edward bus route operates between Old Mill Station on the Bloor-Danforth Subway, the area of The Queensway and Stephen Drive, and the area of Lake Shore Boulevard West, Park Lawn Road, and Marine Parade, generally in a north-south direction. Accessible service is provided on the route. Bike racks are available on this route.

Two services are operated. The 66A (Old Mill Stn-Humber Loop) operates at all times, seven days a week. The 66D (Old Mill Stn-Lake Shore) branch operates at all times, seven days a week.

Southbound 66A TO HUMBER LOOP

These buses operate from Old Mill Station via south on Old Mill Trail, west on Bloor Street West, south on Prince Edward Drive South, east on Berry Road, south on Stephen Drive, and east on The Queensway to Humber Loop (on the south side of The Queensway, west of the Humber River).

Northbound 66A TO OLD MILL STN

These buses operate from Humber Loop via west on The Queensway, north on Stephen Drive, west on Berry Road, north on Prince Edward Drive South, east on Bloor Street West, and north on Old Mill Trail to Old Mill Station.

Southbound 66D TO LAKE SHORE

These buses operate from Old Mill Station via south on Old Mill Trail, west on Bloor Street West, south on Prince Edward Drive South, east on Berry Road, south on Park Lawn Road, through Park Lawn Loop (on the west side of Marine Parade Drive, south of Lake Shore Boulevard West), east on Lake Shore Boulevard to Marine Parade Drive.

Northbound 66D TO OLD MILL STN

These buses operate from Marine Parade Drive and Lake Shore Boulevard, east on Marine Parade Drive, north on Park Lawn Road, west on Berry Road, north on Prince Edward Drive South, east on Bloor Street West, and north on Old Mill Trail to Old Mill Station.
