The 59 Maple Leaf bus route operates between Lawrence West Station on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway and the area of Weston Road and Oak Street, generally in an east-west direction. Accessible service is provided on the route. Bike racks are available on this route.

Four services are operated. The 59A/C (Lawrence West Stn-Weston Rd via Benton/Culford and Gary Dr) and 59B/C (Lawrence West Stn-Weston Rd via Benton/Culford and Church) branches operate at all times, seven days a week, except during the peak periods from Monday to Friday, and except during the late evenings on Sundays and holidays. The 59A (Lawrence West Stn-Weston Rd via Gary Dr)  and 59B (Lawrence West Stn-Weston Rd via Church) branches operate during the peak periods, from Monday to Friday only.

Westbound 59A TO WESTON RD VIA GARY DR

During the peak periods from Monday to Friday only, these buses operate from Lawrence West Station via west on Lawrence Avenue West, north on Culford Road, west on Maple Leaf Drive, west on Church Street, north on Uphill Avenue, west on Pelmo Crescent, west on Gary Drive, and west on Oak Street to Weston Road. These westbound 59A buses then return eastbound as "59B TO LAWRENCE WEST STN" buses, operating from Oak Street and Weston Road via south on Weston Road, east on Church Street, east on Maple Leaf Drive, south on Culford Road, and east on Lawrence Avenue West to Lawrence West Station.
