The 509 Harbourfront streetcar route operates between Union Station on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway and Exhibition Loop, generally in an east-west direction.  Union Station is an accessible subway station.

One single service is operated:  the 509 (Union Station-Exhibition) branch operates at all times, seven days a week.

Westbound 509 EXHIBITION

These streetcars operate from Union Station via the southbound streetcar tunnel to Queens Quay/Ferry Docks Station, then west on Queens Quay West, north on Bathurst Street, and west on Fleet Street to Exhibition Loop.

Eastbound 509 UNION STATION

These streetcars operate from Exhibition Loop via east on Fleet Street, south on Bathurst Street, and east on Queens Quay West to Queens Quay/Ferry Docks Station, then via the northbound streetcar tunnel to Union Station.
