The 320 Yonge Blue Night bus route operates between the area of Queens Quay West and Bay Street, and the area of Steeles Avenue East and Yonge Street, generally in a north-south direction.  Accessible service is provided on the route. Bike racks are available on this route.

Two services are operated.  The 320 (Queens Quay-Steeles) is the main branch, and operates during the overnight period, seven days a week.  The 320A (Queens Quay-York Mills) short-turn branch operates during the overnight period, seven days a week.

Northbound 320 BLUE NIGHT TO STEELES

These buses operate from Queens Quay West and Bay Street via north on Bay Street, east on Front Street West, north on Yonge Street, and east on Steeles Avenue East to Steeles/Yonge Loop (on the south side of Steeles Avenue East, east of Yonge Street).

Southbound 320 BLUE NIGHT TO QUEENS QUAY

These buses operate from Steeles/Yonge Loop via west on Steeles Avenue East, south on Yonge Street, and west on Queens Quay West to Bay Street.

Northbound 320A BLUE NIGHT TO YORK MILLS STN

These buses operate from Queens Quay West and Bay Street via north on Bay Street, east on Front Street West, north on Yonge Street, and east on York Mills Road to York Mills Station.

Southbound 320A BLUE NIGHT TO QUEENS QUAY

These buses operate from York Mills Station via west on York Mills Road, south on Yonge Street, and west on Queens Quay West to Bay Street.
