The 32 Eglinton West bus route operates between Eglinton Station on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway and the area of Eglinton Avenue West and Renforth Drive, generally in an east-west direction.  It also serves the Eglinton West Station on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway.  Accessible service is provided on the route. Both Eglinton and Eglinton West Stations are accessible subway stations. Bike racks are available on this route.

Four services are operated. The 32 (Eglinton Stn-Renforth) is the main branch, and operates during the late evening from Monday to Friday, and at all times on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The 32A (Eglinton Stn-Renforth & Skymark) extended branch operates during the peak periods, midday, and early evening from Monday to Friday. The 32C (Eglinton Stn-Jane & Lawrence via Trethewey) branch operates at all times, seven days a week.  The 32D (Eglinton West Stn-Jane & Emmett) branch operates during the peak periods, midday, and early evening from Monday to Saturday, and during the daytime on Sundays and holidays.

Westbound 32 TO RENFORTH
These buses operate from Eglinton Station via north on Duplex Avenue, west on Eglinton Avenue West, through Eglinton West Station, and continuing west on Eglinton Avenue West to Renforth Loop (on the north side of Eglinton Avenue West, west of Renforth Drive).

Eastbound 32 TO EGLINTON STN
These buses operate from Renforth Loop via east on Eglinton Avenue West, through Eglinton West Station, continuing east on Eglinton Avenue West, and south on Duplex Avenue to Eglinton Station.

Westbound 32A TO RENFORTH AND SKYMARK
These buses operate from Eglinton Station via north on Duplex Avenue, west on Eglinton Avenue West, through Eglinton West Station, continuing west on Eglinton Avenue West, north on Explorer Drive, and east on Skymark Avenue to Commerce Boulevard.

Eastbound 32A TO EGLINTON STN
These buses operate from Skymark Avenue and Commerce Boulevard via south on Commerce Boulevard, east on Eglinton Avenue West, through Eglinton West Station, continuing east on Eglinton Avenue West, and south on Duplex Avenue to Eglinton Station.

Westbound 32C TO JANE & LAWRENCE VIA TRETHEWEY
These buses operate from Eglinton Station via north on Duplex Avenue, west on Eglinton Avenue West, through Eglinton West Station, continuing west on Eglinton Avenue West, north and west on Trethewey Drive, north on Jane Street, west on Wright Avenue, and north on Pine Street to Lawrence Avenue West.

Eastbound 32C TO EGLINTON STN
These buses operate from Pine Street and Lawrence Avenue West via east on Lawrence Avenue West, south on Jane Street, east and south on Trethewey Drive, east on Eglinton Avenue West, through Eglinton West Station, continuing east on Eglinton Avenue West, and south on Duplex Avenue to Eglinton Station.

Westbound 32D TO JANE & EMMETT
These buses operate from Eglinton West Station via west on Eglinton Avenue West, and north and west on Emmett Avenue to West Park Hospital roadway.

Eastbound 32D TO EGLINTON WEST STN
These buses operate from West Park Hospital roadway via east on Emmett Avenue, south on Jane Street, and east on Eglinton Avenue West to Eglinton West Station.
