The 31 Greenwood bus route operates between Greenwood Station on the Bloor-Danforth Subway and the area of Greenwood Avenue and Queen Street East, generally in a north-south direction. Accessible service is provided on the route. Bike racks are available on this route.

Two services are operated.  The 31 (Greenwood Stn-Queen) is the main branch, and operates from approximately 7:40 am until approximately 9:00 pm from Monday to Saturday and on holidays, and from approximately 8:40 am until approximately 9:00 pm on Sundays.  The 31B (Greenwood Stn-Eastern) extended branch operates until approximately 7:40 am from Monday to Saturday and on holidays, and during the late evening seven days a week.

Southbound 31 TO QUEEN

These buses operate from Greenwood Station via east on Strathmore Boulevard, south on Linnsmore Crescent, west on Danforth Avenue, and south on Greenwood Avenue to Queen Street East.

Northbound 31 TO GREENWOOD STN

These buses operate from Greenwood Avenue and Queen Street East via west on Queen Street East, north on Hiltz Avenue, east on Dorothy Street, north on Greenwood Avenue, east on Danforth Avenue, and north on Linnsmore Crescent to Greenwood Station.

Southbound 31B TO EASTERN

These buses operate from Greenwood Station via east on Strathmore Boulevard, south on Linnsmore Crescent, west on Danforth Avenue, south on Greenwood Avenue, west on Queen Street East, south on Leslie Street, and east on Eastern Avenue to Post Office stop.

Northbound 31B TO GREENWOOD STN

These buses operate from Post Office stop via east on Eastern Avenue, north on Woodward Avenue, west on Queen Street East, north on Greenwood Avenue, east on Danforth Avenue, and north on Linnsmore Crescent to Greenwood Station.
