The 25 Don Mills bus route operates between Pape Station on the Bloor-Danforth Subway, Don Mills Station on the Sheppard Subway, the area of Don Mills Road and Steeles Avenue East, and the area of Leslie Street and 16^th Avenue in the Town of Richmond Hill, generally in a north-south direction. Accessible service is provided on the route. Don Mills Station is an accessible subway station. Bike racks are available on this route.

Two services are operated.  The 25 (Pape Stn-Steeles) is the main branch, and operates at all times, seven days a week.  The 25D (Pape Stn-16^th Ave) extended branch operates until approximately 9:50 pm, from Monday to Friday only.

Northbound 25 TO STEELES

These buses operate from Pape Station via west on Lipton Avenue, north on Pape Avenue, north on Leaside Bridge, north on Millwood Road, east on Overlea Boulevard, north on Don Mills Road, through Don Mills Station, north on Don Mills Road, east on Steeles Avenue East, south on Townsend Road, and west on Freshmeadow Drive to Don Mills Road.

Southbound 25 TO PAPE STN

These buses operate from Freshmeadow Drive and Don Mills Road via south on Don Mills Road, through Don Mills Station, south on Don Mills Road, west on Overlea Boulevard, south on Millwood Road, south on Leaside Bridge, and south on Pape Avenue to Pape Station.

Northbound 25D TO 16^TH AVENUE/EXTRA FARE REQUIRED NORTH OF STEELES
