The 105 Dufferin North bus route operates between Downsview Station on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway and the area of Dufferin Street and Major Mackenzie Drive in the City of Vaughan, generally in a north-south direction. Accessible service is provided on the route. Downsview Station is an accessible subway station. Bike racks are available on this route.

Three services are operated. The 105 (Downsview Stn-Rutherford) is the main branch, and operates until approximately 11:00 pm from Monday to Friday, and until approximately 10:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The 105B (Downsview Stn-Major Mackenzie) extended branch operates during the peak periods, from Monday to Friday only. The 105C (Downsview Stn-Steeles) short-turn branch operates during the late evenings from Monday to Saturday.

Northbound 105B TO MAJOR MACKENZIE / EXTRA FARE REQUIRED NORTH OF STEELES

These buses operate from Downsview Station via north on Allen Road, north on Dufferin Street, west and north on Confederation Parkway, north on Peter Rupert Avenue, and east on Major Mackenzie Drive to Dufferin Street.

Southbound 105B TO DOWNSVIEW STN
