The 102 Markham Rd bus route operates between Warden Station on the Bloor-Danforth Subway, the Centennial College Progress Campus, the area of Markham Road and McNicoll Avenue, and the area of Highway 48 (Markham Road) and Castlemore Avenue in the Town of Markham, generally in a north-south direction. Four services are operated. The 102 (Warden Stn-McNicoll) is the main branch, and operates during the midday and all evening from Monday to Friday, and at all times on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The 102A (Warden Stn-Progress [Centennial College]) short-turn branch operates at all times, from Monday to Friday only. The 102C (Warden Stn-Passmore) extended branch operates during the peak periods, from Monday to Friday only. The 102D (Warden Stn-Mount Joy GO Stn) extended branch operates until approximately 10:30 pm from Monday to Friday, and until approximately 8:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Northbound 102 TO McNICOLL

These buses operate from Warden Station via north on Warden Avenue, east on St. Clair Avenue East, northeast on Kingston Road, north on Markham Road, west on Nashdene Road, and north on Dynamic Drive to McNicoll Avenue.

Southbound 102 TO WARDEN STN

These buses operate from Dynamic Drive and McNicoll Avenue via east on McNicoll Avenue, south on Markham Road, southwest on Kingston Road, and west on St. Clair Avenue East to Warden Station, Bus Platform #3.
