The 100 Flemingdon Park bus route operates between Broadview Station on the Bloor-Danforth Subway, the area of Don Mills Road and Wynford Drive, and Eglinton Station on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway, generally in a north-south direction. Accessible service is provided on the route. Both Broadview and Eglinton Stations are accessible subway stations. Bike racks are available on this route.

Three services are operated. The 100 (Broadview Stn-Eglinton Stn) is the main branch, and operates at all times from Monday to Saturday, and during the daytime and early evening on Sundays and holidays. The 100A (Broadview Stn-Don Mills & Wynford) short-turn branch operates during the peak periods from Monday to Friday, and during the daytime and late evening on Sundays and holidays. The 100D (Broadview Stn-Don Mills & Wynford via Linkwood) short-turn branch operates during the peak periods, from Monday to Friday only.
