  • TTC Office TTC committed to customer service excellence
    January 27, 2010
    Toronto Transit Commission Chair Adam Giambrone, today, announced several measures the TTC will begin immediate work on in its renewed commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • TTC to refund temporary adult tickets
    January 25, 2010 - The Toronto Transit Commission will be refunding temporary adult tickets for TTC customers who purchased tickets last fall during the token shortage.
  • Canadian Red Cross to accept cash donations for Haiti relief efforts at TTC subway stations
    January 14, 2010 - Canadian Red Cross volunteers will be at five key TTC subway stations starting this Monday, Jan. 18 during morning and afternoon rush hours to collect cash donations for the Haiti relief effort.
