Old Tickets and Day Pass
Important information about old Tickets, Ticket Refunds and Day Pass Exchange.
Old tickets and old Day Passes can no longer be used as valid fare.
What can I do with my old temporary Adult, Student/Senior and Child tickets and old Day Passes?
Old temporary Adult, Student/Senior and Child tickets can be returned to the TTC for a refund of their original value. Old Day Passes will not be refunded, but will be exchanged in person only.
For transactions greater than $100, a cheque will be processed and mailed to you (within 6 - 8 weeks).
Ticket Refunds In Person (Temporary Adult, Student/Senior and Child tickets only) or Day Pass exchange In Person (Day Passes cannot be refunded)

Ticket refunds by Mail (Temporary Adult, Student/Senior and Child tickets only - Old Day Passes cannot be exchanged by mail)
