The PRESTO electronic fare devices that are seen and located in select TTC subway stations are the sole responsibility of PRESTO:

  • St. Patrick
  • Union
  • Yorkdale
  • York Mills

A TTC fare of $2.60will be deducted from the PRESTO card when it is “tapped” at one of the PRESTO readers at the select TTC subway stations listed above. If a PRESTO concession card is used at these stations $2.60will be deducted from the PRESTO card. PRESTO devices are the sole responsibility of PRESTO, and PRESTO has not introduced concession fare functionality on the TTC devices at this time.

TTC Station Collectors are not equipped to provide PRESTO customer service activities at this time. If PRESTO customers need assistance with their card, or need to report an issue, they must contact PRESTO directly or visit a PRESTO customer service representative (at GO Union Station).
