TTCs vintage PCC streetcar

May 2010

The TTC’s vintage PCC streetcar, a particularly popular vehicle for the private charters of weddings, birthdays and tours of the city, is back in revenue service for the summer. People wishing to hop on the historic PCC will to have the opportunity to do so along the 509 Harbourfront route on Sundays, from May through to the Labour Day weekend. Last month, more than 30,000 onlookers at the Annual Beaches Easter Day Parade got a chance to see three generations of streetcars rolling down Queen Street East - the Peter Witt, the PCC and the CLRV.
