TTC Operator Daniel Lawrence has earned 100 commendations from his bus riders across the city. Commissioners recently applauded the milestone.

Lawrence says it’s all about making customers feel at home on his bus.

“It’s just doing the little things that all add up that make people say ‘hey, you made this old bus shine.”

Lawrence also says having a great support system at home starts his day with a smile.
