Section 2 – Purpose
The Procedural By- law establishes the rules for all Commission Meetings.
Section 3 – Principles of the Procedures By-law
A, The following Members’ rights are the principles upon which the Procedural Bylaw is based:
- The majority of Members have the right to decide;
- The minority of Members have the right to be heard;
- All Members have the right to information to help make decisions, unless otherwise prevented by law;
- Members have the right to an efficient meeting;
- All Members have the right to be treated with respect and courtesy; and
- All Members have equal rights, privileges and obligations.
B. The Procedural By- law is interpreted in accordance with the principles set out in Section 3(A).
